Terms of Service
Last updated: April 21, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PromptExec (“Service,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. The Service
PromptExec provides a library of expert-crafted AI prompt templates and related tools to help professionals use AI models such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini more effectively. Some prompts are available for free; others require a paid subscription.
2. Accounts
To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 13 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service.
3. Subscriptions & billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through our payment processor, Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Prices and features may change. If we change the price of an existing subscription, we will give you reasonable advance notice and an opportunity to cancel before the new price takes effect. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any law or the rights of others;
- Generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or intended to harm others;
- Reverse-engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to extract source prompts in bulk for resale or republication;
- Resell, redistribute, or relicense the Service or its content without our permission;
- Interfere with the operation of the Service, including probing, penetration testing, or overwhelming our infrastructure.
5. Intellectual property & your license
The prompt library, website, code, branding, and all related materials are owned by PromptExec and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the prompts for your own internal, commercial, or client-facing work — for example, you can paste a prompt into ChatGPT and use the output in your business. You may not publish, resell, or redistribute the prompts themselves as a standalone product or collection.
6. AI output disclaimer
PromptExec does not generate AI output directly. Output comes from third-party AI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). We do not guarantee that output is accurate, complete, appropriate for your use case, or free of bias. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI output before relying on it — particularly for legal, medical, financial, or safety-critical decisions.
7. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PromptExec will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or (b) USD $100.
9. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or use the Service in a way that poses a risk to us or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including IP, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which PromptExec is operated, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in that state.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-app notice. Continued use after the changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
